Our team is growing! We are looking for an analytical senior mechanical designer who is an enthusiastic and proactive self-starter with excellent communication/written skills to join our innovative engineering and production team. Do you have an excellent eye for design with strong attention to detail and a creative flair? Are you adept at problem-solving and experienced in using SolidWorks and 3D modelling? If so, you might be ideal for this position.
The best candidate for this position will be someone with demonstrated experience in the preparation of designs, quotations, and manufacturing drawings – particularly someone who has mechanical design experience with heavy industrial machinery. Bonus points if you have designed wood processing machinery for the forestry industry.
